Growing up, my father instilled in me a love for photography when he gifted me my first camera at just 10 years old. Since then, I’ve been captivated by the art of capturing moments in time. My specialty lies in black and white photography, as I believe it has the power to bring to life the stories and emotions of everyday life.
I am a storyteller and soul photographer, always on the lookout for the invisible within the visible. My expertise extends beyond digital photography as I also utilize traditional 35mm cameras to offer a diverse and truly one-of-a-kind service. Printing my work on Baryta photographic paper allows for unmatched detail and definition, elevating each shot to a timeless work of art.

About Gianni
My passion for photography began during my high school years when I was given my first film camera, a Yashica FX3 super 2000.
This passion pushed me to read up more and more on photographic techniques, but also on the techniques for developing the negative and printing black and white photographs in the darkroom.
With the arrival of digital technology in the photographic field, I began to study this new world as an amateur and purchased my first professional full frame digital camera, a Canon D series.
From this moment on I never stopped looking at the life around me through the viewfinder and it was a continuous crescendo.
I currently use Nikon Z series camera bodies and very high quality Nikon optics. But I also improved my shooting techniques a lot having taken photography courses at the John Kaverdash academy.
I also studied the techniques of light room development and digital printing. Currently in my studio I also deal with the printing of photographic services, in order to follow the entire working process, taking care of it in every detail, to provide the customer with a unique and very high quality product.
Skills
Wedding photographer:
As a specialist in photography and documentation of all wedding ceremonies and related events, we capture the crucial moments and emotional details to create a lasting memory for the couple. Furthermore, we have excellent knowledge of lighting, composition and post-production techniques. We also boast notable relational skills, such as the ability to put the spouses and guests at ease and to manage a variety of different personalities during an event with a high emotional content.
Black & White Photo Specialist:
Black and white are two “non-color” colors:
the former is in fact generated by the sum of all the frequencies of the spectrometer, while the latter is the total absence of light (and therefore of colour). More than a photographic genre in itself, Black and White is an expressive tool that can be used transversally in any genre, once the photographer masters its characteristics.
This type of photography reproduces reality but at the same time elevates it to a dreamlike, suggestive dimension suspended in time.
A black and white shot has an intensity that color photographs often lack. We understood this concept very early, right from the beginning of her career, it is no coincidence that she chose black and white photography as the main tool for telling stories, your stories.
Photo Editing:
